This summer was horrible in terms of weather. On the longest day of the year I almost broke out in tears because I hadn't been outside to play with the kids yet and the forcast said we wouldn't for a long time still. Any day that wasn't pouring rain had hurrican winds or was cold. Now it's September and I feel totally defeated in my efforts to make the only 2 months of warm weather we get in this city fun outside.
Oh well, now that it's September and thus fall in my brain, maybe I won't mind the continued cold weather and I'll just bundle the kids up and try to squeeze some fun at the parks in.
