We had our friends over to decorate Easter Eggs!!! I'm not a fan of dying the eggs because they take forever to colour and dry, so we glue on feathers, wiggly eyes, paper, piping, pom poms and felt. They look WAY cooler and the kids have more fun because they each get to create their own individual masterpieces!
It was fun to see what the older kids could come up with. The younger girls did princesses, or course, and they turned out pretty cute.
Tanner and Hattie took their eggs outside to play for a couple days. The bonus to these eggs is they don't break very easy either.
However, I did find one stinking up the van a couple days later, and then I found two in Hattie's room that were cracked open and nibbled on - Yuck!
What a good idea to do with the eggs. Looks like the kids loved it. We might have to try that next year!
